!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , this is the look I desire my Miata to have one day. Functional stance, minimal but fashionable visual modifications, and one of the best set of wheels to fit on a silver NB Miata.

That is a good looking car. Some days I really wish my 99 had the 2001+ front bumper cover, and the 4-beam projector headlights... especially blacked-out ones.
I also love the DG motorsports front bumper ducts and front 'downforcers' spats/canards (cf, but painted in this image, and unfortunately discontinued) I wish they were still available in FRP or something... I would wrap them in metal-look vinyl. They remind me of the original Porsche Boxster concept car. (BTW, I don't like the headlight masks...)

I really like the NB2's headlights and bumper over the earlier model but those Mazdaspeed Miata headlamps are impossible to find for cheap. I've found them on ebay for about $200 each so I'm tempted to pay someone else to open, paint, and reseal mine. I do like the spats but I'm on the fence with the ducts because a stockish trackable Miata doesn't need the additional brake cooling, although on a faster turbo or S/C track build they'd be useful.

Looks like a Mazdaspeed headlights, but the mirror is wrong to be an MSM.

I don't know if it's the lighting but they headlight housings look like non-MSM units that've been repainted in a flat black. Do MSM have different mirrors compared to an ordinary NB? I'm looking back and forth through GIS but I can't tell them apart besides paint.

I like the ducts enough on looks alone, even if they weren't ducted to anywhere in particular, just by the way they sharpen up the gaping maw. One could theoretically even duct them to the upper parts of the radiator behind the bumper beam or around the radiator to the air box, even on a relatively stock street car.
And if I were doing true dedicated comptition, I would probably leave extra parts off for lack of complication and weight, and just duct the brakes from the fog light pockets. because "quick and easy"
The smoked MSM headlights are certainly sharp, and I would go for a set, retrofit the projector for HID, and the high beams for Halogen InfraRed (HIR) bulbs, if I were running a dark colored car, or a car with gunmetal wheels.
But I don't have anything agains the regular chrome 4-beam NB2 headlights, either.

Something is off about that front lip, like it was originally intended for another car and forced to fit on this bumper. Otherwise, clean looking car.

I'm a big fan of my friend's NB.
Horrible cell phone pic, but you get the idea.
Black with matching black hardtop, some nice wheels, and just a dab of lower than stock. That pic doesn't do her aero kit enough justice, but it looks like sex in person.

Is that the OEM bodykit? Looks nice!

As far as I know, yeah. Her car looks amazing in pictures. If you actually check it out, you'll have an all new respect for her. Front end is literally ruined with rock chips. Looks like a work of modern art. Then you notice that the suspension (again, slightly lower than stock) is all set up immaculately. She's removed the rear sway, and there's a tower bar to stiffen the chassis slightly. That thing terrorizes our local hill climb most nights. It's incredible.

I thought they were Konig Heliums but they're Konig Flatouts in gold or a bronze.
